Ingredients: 4 Boneless and Skinless Chicken Thighs 2 Tbsp. Aloha Lu`au BBQ Seasoning & Rub 4 Chard Leaves, Large (Red or White) 4 Pieces Aluminum Foil 6”x8” 4 Cut Banana Leaves, Each Measuring 6”x12” 1 Cup Sweet Potato and/or Yams, Chopped, Cooked Garnish: Pineapple, Sliced Papaya, Banana Chips, Toasted Coconut Lime Wedges, Baby Salad Greens Directions: Preheat Oven to 375° F or Preheat Grill. Roll each piece of chicken in chard leaf, then banana leaf, then foil, crimp foil edges. Bake or grill for 30 minutes. Be careful when opening foil packet, steam is hot! Serve with potatoes and garnishes.
