Seared Ahi Tuna

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Coat a 8oz piece of Ahi with Olive oil, rub in Aloha Spice Coffe Rub of your choice!
  • Heat frying pan on high
  • Sear braefly on all 4 sides
  • Let rest

Mango salsa

Ingredients:

  • Margo (Westside is the best!)
  • Whitn Onion
  • Jalapeno to taste
  • Cilantro
  • Spinkle of our Hawaiian salt

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  • Gently fold together and chill until ready to serve

Serve

Serve on a bed of local greens with a slight drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
