Seared Ahi Tuna with Mango Salsa

Seared Ahi Tuna
Ingredients:
- Fresh sashimi grade Ahi
- 8oz Olive oil
- Aloha Spice Coffe Rub
Directions:
- Coat a 8oz piece of Ahi with Olive oil, rub in Aloha Spice Coffe Rub of your choice!
- Heat frying pan on high
- Sear braefly on all 4 sides
- Let rest
Mango salsa
Ingredients:
- Margo (Westside is the best!)
- Whitn Onion
- Jalapeno to taste
- Cilantro
- Spinkle of our Hawaiian salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Gently fold together and chill until ready to serve
Serve
Serve on a bed of local greens with a slight drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
