Sugar free- yahoo!

I was gifted this blend from my son's trip to Hawaii and I am reordering cuz I don't want to be without it! I use it mostly on salmon after I sprinkle the fish with lemon or lime juice. Flavorful without being too salty, and because I can't have sugar- that's a bonus! Highly recommend

Staple in my Arsenal

I visited Maui in 2016 and bought this spice as an afterthought. Now I don't let it run out in my cabinet. I use it primarily on pork but I have also tried it on fish and chicken. The taste is very close to the luau dinners I had on the island. Sometimes I use it by itself, others I have mixed it with Ancho, lime or pineapples. It's versatile and not too salty.
