Salt is extraordinary. Not too fine and the combination of the garlic and the salt really pack a tasteful punch. Better than salt alone. I use it on my scrambled eggs and no longer need to add hot sauce to give it flavor.
My first packet of this was a gift a couple of years ago and now, several packets later, we dare not be without it. Not overwhelming on salt, garlic, or smokiness, but a lovely balance of each adding the perfect touch to meat, fish (my favorite), dips, sauces...you're sure to find other ways to use it to enhance a dish.
